SMALL GROUP
EMPLOYMENT

In small group employment, groups of individuals with disabilities working as a team, in the community, supervised by a Junction Five-O-Five staff member. This type of work leverages the strength of each individual in the team to accomplish a goal. All employees earn over $9/hour and average 20hrs per week.

COMMUNITY INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT

During community integrated employment, Independent work in the community in a service field or professional setting. Junction Five-O-Five assesses the individual’s abilities, assists with resume development, job search, interviewing, and training.

Junction Five-o-Five works on a referral basis only.

Our job coaching services not only benefit individuals with disabilities, but also the employers who hire them. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to find meaningful employment and contribute to society.
